1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hellspin platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with hellspin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hellspin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. hellspin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds, where technically possible.
• hellspin targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems and verification requirements.
• hellspin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

hellspin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hellspin accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hellspin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hellspin promotions unless otherwise stated:

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.
